1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Site or its matchmaking services. By using the Site you confirm you are at least 18. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information in your profile, and to keep it updated.

2. The Service

Jay Matchmaker provides live matchmaking on TikTok, a VIP portal where members can view profiles and express interest, private one-on-one matchmaking, counselling sessions, an influencer/business promotion service, a blog, and a donation programme. The Site may be offline from time to time for maintenance or at our discretion.

3. Fees and payments

• The one-time $10 VIP access fee unlocks your VIP portal account and access to view profiles. It is not a matching fee.
• The official $30 private matching fee is due only after a match you are interested in also expresses interest in you, and only if you choose to take the match.
• Counselling sessions are booked at the published rate (currently $50) and are subject to their own booking and payment terms.
• Business promotion ("Promote") packages are quoted at the influencer rates published on the Promote page.
• Donations are voluntary gifts to Jay's foundation and are non-refundable.
• We are not obligated to provide refunds for fees already paid. The $10 VIP access fee is non-refundable once your portal is activated and profiles have been viewed. Any refund decision is made at our sole discretion.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password to your portal account and for all activity carried out under it. You may maintain only one active account. Notify us immediately at Jaymatchmaker1@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Post false, misleading, offensive, unlawful or sexual content;
• Harass, threaten, stalk or abuse any member;
• Create fake profiles, use bots, or attempt to deceive other members;
• Use member contact details or profile information for commercial solicitation, advertising, or any purpose other than pursuing a match;
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to access;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Profiles, interest and matching

Your profile, including photos, is displayed to other members and may be read out loud on the livestream. When you express interest in another member, they automatically receive an email containing your full profile. VIP members are not able to message one another directly through the portal; introductions are managed through the interest and matching process.

7. No guarantee

Jay Matchmaker helps facilitate introductions but does not guarantee that you will find a match, that any profile information is accurate, or that any relationship will result. You participate in the community at your own discretion and are encouraged to exercise care when meeting anyone, including meeting in public places and verifying details yourself.

8. Counselling

Counselling sessions offer relationship advice and guidance. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional in your region.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, interactions with other members, or any service booked or donated to.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or for any other lawful reason. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Jay Matchmaker operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
